  1.  Final Sale: All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or altered under any circumstance. No refundable deposit will be issued.
  2. No Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for any purchases. Please ensure that you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.
  3. No Chargebacks or Disputes: By purchasing a Birkin bag, the buyer agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes on their card related to the purchase, or to cancel any wire transaction. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions.
  4. Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the Birkin bag upon receipt. We highly recommend that you check every detail of the bag to ensure it meets your expectations. Any issues must be reported immediately during the first 24 hours, though this does not guarantee any form of remedy due to the final sale policy. All our packages are recorded with time stamps before dispatch to the client.
  5. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of sale.
  6. Authenticity: All the items sold by Maison de H are guaranteed to be authentic. Documentation and certification of authenticity will be provided with each purchase. We encourage clients to authenticate the bag with a third-party service of their choice for added peace of mind. We welcome and support such verifications.
  7. Shipping: Shipping details, including costs and estimated delivery times, will be provided at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for any applicable shipping fees. Free 2-day FedEx shipping is available for domestic USA orders. Free shipping via DHL or FedEx is available worldwide for orders over $1000 USD. No insurance is included with these shipping options. The client is responsible for any taxes, duties, and insurance.
  8. Hand Carry Option: A hand carry option is provided at an extra cost. Our staff will deliver the exceptional items to the client in person. It takes 7-9 business days to process this option.
  9. Liability: The seller is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during shipping if the client does not purchase shipping insurance. It is highly recommended that buyers purchase shipping insurance for added protection.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the sale of Birkin bags will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the seller.
